AMA Diversity Report - Gender 2024
The AMA is pleased to release its Diversity Report - Gender 2024, reaffirming our commitment to gender equity across our representative structures. This aligns with our target of 40 per cent women, 40 per cent men, and 20 per cent flexible representation across all federal AMA councils and committees. Now in its seventh year of reporting, the latest data reflects encouraging progress and highlights a clear path forward.

- Leadership Visibility: 50 per cent of AMA councils and committees are chaired by women — up from 36 per cent last year.
