Empowered women empower healthcare. Are you ready to lead?

The AMA Women in Leadership Program is designed to inspire, empower, and support AMA women members to reach their full career potential. Through a structured blend of experiential learning and practical application, the program explores the unique challenges women face in leadership and provides the tools to navigate them with confidence.

As a lead partner in the Advancing Women in Healthcare Leadership national initiative, the AMA is proud to champion gender equity in leadership. We have directly funded this program to offer it at a significantly subsidised rate — making it more accessible to those ready to take the next step.

Join a community of driven, like-minded women and unlock your leadership potential.
