MBS pathology items are changing on 1 July 2025. Make sure you are across what will now be required for patients to be eligible for a rebate.

MBS pathology items are changing on 1 July 2025. Make sure you are across what will now be required for patients to be eligible for a rebate. The MBS amendments are for:

  • Urine testing in asymptomatic patients – MBS item 69333
  • Vitamin B12 testing – MBS items 69838, 69839 and new item 66842
