Identifying health needs survey
The AMA Queensland Foundation was started by a group of doctors who wanted to help Queenslanders who were falling through the gaps in the current health system.
To recognise our 25th anniversary, we are once again asking doctors around the state to share their feedback on health issues, charities or community causes that need financial help. We encourage all Queensland doctors to share their feedback on areas of need in this short, anonymous survey.
