The AMA Queensland Board and Council has casual vacancies for a Member Elected Director, a Full-time Salaried Medical Practitioner Representative, as well as representatives on the Gold Coast and Downs and West regions.

AMA Queensland Board
1 x Member Elected Director 2025-2026 (one-year term to the end of the AGM in 2026 succeeding a mid-term Board resignation). Directors must have a Director Identification Number (ASIC requirement).
AMA Queensland Council
1 x Full-time Salaried Medical Practitioner Representative 2025-2027 (two-year term to the end of the AGM in 2027) being those medical practitioners who are engaged on a full-time basis and who are salaried.
1 x Downs and West Area Representative 2025-2027 (two-year term to the end of the AGM in 2027) being those members whose principal place of practice as registered with Ahpra includes postcodes 4350 to 4499, and 4602 to 4618 inclusive.
1 x Gold Coast Area Representative 2025-2026 (one-year term to the end of the AGM in 2026 succeeding a mid-term Council resignation) being those members whose principal place of practice as registered with Ahpra includes postcodes 4200 to 4299 inclusive.
