ReturnToWorkSA is inviting AMA SA members to provide feedback on the second draft of the Impairment Assessor Accreditation Scheme (IAAS).
The purpose of the IAAS is to establish the regulatory and service standards permanent impairment assessors are required to meet to be accredited and maintain accreditation under the IAAS.
The assessment of Whole Person Impairment is an important aspect of the Return to Work scheme.
Through the setting of standards and requirements for assessors, the IAAS assists in the completion of objective, fair, consistent, and quality assessments of WPI arising from a work injury.
