Feedback sought on RTWSA fees
Each year, AMA SA is asked to seek from our members their response to and any comments about the annual fees calculations proposed by ReturnToWorkSA (RTWSA). We offer this feedback so RTWSA can continue to operate as it must according to legislation and to appropriately support the patients that rely on it.
AMA SA input into the consultation process ensures our members’ views are heard.
The proposed RTWSA fee structure for the financial year 2026-27 is outlined in the attachment below. AMA SA has been informed that ReturnToWorkSA is currently consulting with the AMA federal Office regarding relativity to AMA rates.
