Isabella Binnie is an Assistant Manager in the Accounting & Business Advisory division at Hood Sweeney, bringing eight years of experience working with small to medium-sized businesses across a wide range of industries. She specialises in tax planning, compliance, and business structure reviews.
Isabella is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with The Tax Institute. Her strong technical knowledge, combined with a practical and client-focused approach, enables her to deliver strategic advice that supports long-term business success.
Jackson Harvey | Senior Financial Planner, Hood Sweeney
With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, Jackson believes that by improving financial literacy, he can alleviate the stress associated with money and enable his clients to truly enjoy their lives.
With clients ranging from those in the first half of their financial journey, through to clients who are planning for, or already in retirement, Jackson takes the time to understand each client’s goals and objectives to ensure the outcomes meet their needs. In addition, he works closely with Hood Sweeney’s specialist Health team, serving medical and dental practitioners via education and advice.

Cooper McRae is a Financial Planner with more than six years of experience in the industry.
Cooper is a strong believer that building financial literacy is the key to supporting people to make informed decisions about their finances. Having gained experience across the full breadth of financial planning, Cooper was drawn to personal risk insurance as his area of expertise and was keen to join the specialist personal insurance team within Hood Sweeney Securities.
Adrian Crossing | Director & Cyber Security Specialist, Orlo One
Adrian has more than 20 years’ experience in technology services. Adrian is continuously adapting and evolving Orlo One’s business and skills to match the rapidly changing landscape where cybersecurity risks make it critical that clients are secured and defended against any breach. Adrian is also the go-to person for helping businesses with disaster recovery planning.
Christian Beltrame | Associate, Norman Waterhouse
Christian was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in July 2023 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Adelaide in 2022.
Coming from a background in law and commerce, Christian is a key member of the Employment, Governance and Regulatory Services team committed to assisting both public and private clients across a range of industrial relations and employment issues, including termination of employment, superannuation, and interpreting awards and enterprise agreements.
