Compliance priorities 2025 resources now available
The Department of Health and Aged Care has provided an updated set of resources aimed at helping practitioners understand their compliance activities.
The AMA continues to engage with the Department of Health and Aged Care to help support effective communication of compliance activities in support of practitioners.
Members are particularly advised of the Compliance Priorities 2025 resources which have been published recently.
This resource includes the clarification that practitioners cannot claim for services conducted when overseas.
