What next?

Once we launch our new website and database on Thursday 14 August, we will ask you to set up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) in our new Member Portal. You will also need to update your payment details if you pay monthly by direct debit or credit card.

Opt in to MFA on our new Member Portal

  • MFA is an added layer of security used to protect your account and your personal and professional information.
  • You will need to verify your email and mobile to receive MFA codes to login after 14 August.
  • Don't worry if you haven't set up MFA before. We will send you step-by-step instructions for MFA and any new login procedures as well as 'how to' videos with Dr Bones and Webby the Frog. Keep an eye on your inbox or our website!
  • You can still phone us on 07 3872 2222 if you need any help.

Update your payment details if you pay monthly by credit card or direct debit

  • You will also need to update your payment details in our new system after 14 August
  • We will send you a direct link to the payment update section along with clear, step-by-step instructions and a 'how to' video. Again, check your inbox after 14 August.
  • Our team will also be ready to help you by phone if needed on 07 3872 2222.
