Emergency mental health workshop
Are you confident in handling a mental health emergency? Health Workforce Queensland is hosting a workshop to help you sharpen your skills in managing mental health emergencies, including acute presentations, suicide risk, capacity, and more.

Healthcare professionals in primary and emergency care frequently encounter patients in crisis and must be prepared to assess and manage a wide range of mental health conditions. The RACGP 2024 Health of the Nation report revealed that 71 per cent of GPs say mental health is among the top reasons for patient consultations.
