Join us for a senior doctors morning catch up. Retired members you're invited to a morning catch-up on Thursday, 31 October, at 10:00 am at the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania in Sandy Bay (15 Marieville Esplanade - plenty of off-street parking and easy level access). This informal get-together is an opportunity for discussion and maintaining connections.
Whether you're approaching retirement or fully retired, slowing down, or simply interested in engaging with fellow doctors, we'd love to see you there.
AMA Tasmania, encouraged by Dr Norelle Lickiss, is facilitating this event. We invite you to bring a doctor colleague, regardless of their AMA affiliation —this is about connection and support.
For this first get together, we're pleased to welcome Dr. Ruth Kearon, Director of the Medicine Program at the Tasmanian School of Medicine, who will share her insights about the University and the School of Medicine. After Ruth, the floor is all yours.
If you have anyone else you'd like to hear from at future morning gatherings, please email nadine.cove@amatas.com.au. There is no need to RSVP—just come along.
