The Practice Managers’ Masterclass is coming to Wagga Wagga on Friday 17 November, 2023.
It is the final Practice Managers Masterclass of the year! The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team have been taking the Practice Managers Masterclass across NSW during 2023, and we have decided to round off the year in Wagga Wagga.
This event gives Practice Managers the opportunity to enhance their practical knowledge in their role of conducting a successful and efficient medical practice.
The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team will be presenting on tips and tricks for:
- Recruiting staff
- Managing performance
- Managing terminations and unfair dismissal claims
- Difficult conversations with staff and patients
- Billing
- Medico-legal risk management.
