AMA Submission- ACCC MAIF Draft Determination Consultation

The AMA applauds the ACCC proposal to deny the application for revocation and substitution, on the grounds that the ACCC is no longer satisfied that the MAIF Agreement is likely to result in a public benefit that outweighs the public detriment, due to several factors which undermine the MAIF Agreement’s effectiveness.
