Coordinated Veterans Care Webinar
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs and the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association will run a free webinar on Understanding New Changes to the Coordinated Veterans’ Care (CVC) Program eligibility.
From 1 July 2021, Veteran White Card holders who have an accepted mental health condition are now eligible to access coordinated care support through the Coordinated Veterans’ Care (CVC).
The Webinar will be via Zoom at 7pm (Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney time) on Wednesday 17 November 2021.
