New resources about aged care for older DVA clients now available
New resources are available from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs to help GPs better understand the support programs and services available for older veterans and their families.
The resources include two new booklets—a veteran’s guide to living independently, and a veteran’s guide to moving into an aged care home—and a series of eight training webinars for health providers who treat older veterans and their families.
