AMA Care Can’t Wait Campaign Rolls On

AMA President, Dr Tony Bartone, this week met with Federal Senators Rennick and McMahon to talk about the AMA’s Care Can’t Wait Campaign, and the urgent need to improve the standards of care for people in residential aged care facilities.

The AMA has meetings planned with a range of Federal parliamentarians over coming weeks as part of its efforts to address many of the shortcoming of Australia’s aged care system, including inadequate MBS rebates for RACF visits.
