Share your public hospital experience

If you have a story about your public hospital experience, we would love to hear from you!

In any submissions we make to State or Federal governments about the public hospital system?

Please read before submitting.

Please do not provide us with any stories that:

  • are not true;
  • are about someone else (unless you have their permission or are otherwise legally able to act on their behalf); or
  • you are not legally able to share (e.g. because you signed a confidentiality agreement or an exclusivity agreement).

Please also note that:

  • Your email address and any other personal information you provide us will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 
  • We may decide not to publish your story.
  • We will not attribute your story to you. We will also remove any other information that may identify you. We may also make other editorial changes to your story.
  • You will not receive any payment from us for your story.
  • You can ask us to stop publishing your story at any time by emailing us at hospitals@ama.com.au. You will need to make separate requests to any third parties (including media organisations or government agencies) that have published your story.
