Advancing Women in Healthcare Leadership Survey

The AMA and our partners at Monash University's Advancing Women in Healthcare Leadership project are conducting a survey to obtain your thoughts on the strategies and tools that help women advance in leadership roles.

This year the AMA achieved its gender diversity target of 40 per cent women, 40 per cent men and 20 per cent flexible representation on our new Federal Council. But there is more to be done.

The AMA and Monash University’s Advancing Women in Healthcare Leadership Project are conducting a 10–15-minute anonymous survey. Your responses will help the AMA develop effective interventions that can be implemented to advance women in our leadership. We’ll be reporting on the results next year and look forward to working collaboratively with our members to action these results.

If you would like to get more involved in the work the AMA Equity Inclusion and Diversity Committee is doing to advance equity, inclusion and diversity email scross@ama.com.au to find out more.
