Take the sun safety survey

AMA NSW has been running an ongoing skin cancer public health campaign. As part of this, they surveyed medical students and found nearly one third of respondents said they sunbaked with the aim of tanning even though more than 90% new the skin cancer risk. The next phase of the campaign is to survey doctors on similar sun protection issues. If you would like to help the AMA (NSW) skin cancer awareness campaign, you can take the survey for doctors here.

It should only take five minutes and will provide valuable data to propel the campaign forward. This study has been reviewed and approved by The Northern Sydney Local Health District Human Research Ethics Committee (NSLHD HREC). NSLHD reference: RESP/15/304. Once the survey is completed we will share the research data with members as well as use it to continue our public health campaign.
