Share your experience of returning to work after a prolonged absence
The AMA is inviting doctors who have returned to work after a prolonged absence to share their experiences through this survey. We are keen to understand what supports were most helpful, what barriers you faced, and how your college or employer contributed to your return.
A prolonged absence is defined as not having practiced for more than 12 months in line with the Medical Board of Australia’s Recency of practice registration standard.
