Primary Health Networks 2021
The AMA has updated its 2015 Primary Health Networks position statement with no major changes. The position statement outlines what the AMA believes is required for PHNs to be successful. It covers issues such as:
- what the role of PHNs should encompass;
- required governance arrangements;
- provisions for accountability and performance;
- improving the coordination of care; and
- funding mechanisms.
