AMA submission to the Therapeutic Goods Administration – proposed amendments to the Poisons Standard – November 2020

In this submission, the AMA opposed the proposals the amend the scheduling classifications for amygdalin and hydrocyanic acid, cannabidiol, budesonide and formoterol, psilocybin and MDMA, and azelaic acid. The AMA did not oppose the proposal for bilastine.
