AMA submission to the TGA consultation on Medicine shortages and discontinuations: Proposed changes to reporting requirements

Medicine shortages remain a significant concern for members of the Australian Medical Association (AMA). The AMA has appreciated the significant efforts the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has made to manage medicine shortages and discontinuations in recent years. While they are broadly being managed well, there are improvements that can be made.
