This year the AMA achieved its gender diversity target of 40 per cent women, 40 per cent men and 20 per cent flexible representation on our new Federal Council, but there is more work to do.

The AMA has partnered with Monash University on the Advancing Women in Healthcare Leadership project and developed a survey to obtain your thoughts on the strategies and tools that help women advance in leadership roles.

We want to know what you think has worked and what still needs to be done to increase the number of women in AMA leadership positions.

Your answers will help us develop effective interventions that can be implemented to advance women in leadership in the AMA.
