You must register for the session to attend. Please register at least 2 business days before the session you wish to attend. Ahpra will send you a calendar meeting invitation with the webinar link.
What’s happening?
Ahpra is introducing a system that will make it easier, faster and more secure for practitioners to apply for and renew their registration.
What will the webinar cover?
- Ahpra’s new practitioner portal
- new digital smart forms for registration applications and renewal
- the new two-step verification for practitioners on sign in
- information about hardcopy forms that are being retired and timeframes
- the new biometric identity verification process, which is managed via a third-party provider
It will also discuss:
- assessment timeframes in the new system
- tips for supporting practitioners with their application and helping them avoid delays
- how practitioners can nominate you as an authorised agent
- how your organisation, rather than an individual, can make a notification about a practitioner
- who you can speak to about urgent matters
