Federal Election / Climate Change and Health

The AMA ACT Climate Change and Health Special Interest Group has asked the local ACT Federal candidates to tell us what they think on three important questions:

Q1 What will you/your party do to ensure we get effective action on climate change in Australia in the next parliamentary term?

Q2 What are your/your party’s policies and plans to ensure the impacts of climate change on people's health and health services are mitigated?

Q3 If you are elected, what role do you/your party see for the Australian Government in working with the ACT and NSW governments to reduce the impacts of heat, floods, fires and storms in Canberra and the surrounding region?
