Fees Book Data for 1 July 2008

If importing AMA data into your practice software please download the comma delimited ASCII file AMAJuly2008 - with MBS.csv. IMPORTANT: When the File Download box asks whether you wish to open the file or save it to your computer SAVE IT TO YOUR COMPUTER. Please note that in most Windows based systems this file if opened will open in Excel. NEVER save the file on closing or you will corrupt the data, preventing you from using it to import into your practice software.

Please note that in the file there are several items with one AMA number and fee and two MBS numbers and fees. The sequence of record fields is as follows:-

a. AMA Number

b. Descriptor

c. Rounded AMA Fee

d. Old AMA Number

e. Anaesthesia - Basic Value Units

f. Anaesthesia - Modifying Units

g. Anaesthesia - Time Units

h. MBS Number

i. MBS Fee

j. Second MBS Number

k. Second MBS Fee
