National Minimum Terms & Conditions for Basic & Advanced General Practice Terms 2008

GP Registrars in their basic and advanced terms are employed by the supervising practices in which they work.  The AMA has brokered an agreement between the GP Supervisors' Association and the GP Registrars' Association on national minimum terms and conditions of employment for GP Registrars during those terms.  The minimum terms and conditions have been endorsed by General Practice Education and Training Ltd and have been made available to all GP Regional Training Providers.  The AMA has undertaken to notify the parties in November each year of updates to the minimum terms and conditions to apply from the beginning of the next training year.
