Managing your AMA Card account using American Express Online Services is the fastest, simplest way to manage your bills and make the most of your Membership RewardsTM. Online Services gives you 24 hour access to all your transaction details, payments, Membership Rewards points balance and more.

Online Services provides fast, secure access to your transactions, 24/7. When you log in you can immediately view your recent transactions, current statements and previous statements for all your AMA Card accounts.

Membership Rewards online

As an AMA Cardmember you are automatically enrolled in Ascent, American Express's premium Membership Rewards program. Online Services gives you the ability to transfer your accumulated points to frequent flyer programs or to redeem them against our comprehensive range of rewards including travel and retail vouchers, gifts and much more. Online Services makes it easy to search for rewards by category or by points range.

Bill Payments online

American Express offers you a number of ways to pay your Card account including Automatic Payment Plan, POSTbillpay, BPAY, Line of Credit, by cheque or in person. However, the most convenient and easiest way to pay your bill is online either through; PostBillpay, Automatic Payment Plan or BPAY.

Enrol in the Automatic Payment Plan and each month American Express will deduct either the minimum monthly payment, a fixed amount or the total amount from your nominated account to pay your Card Account.

You can pay your AMA Card account online or over the phone through your participating bank, credit union or building society using either your cheque or savings account. You will be asked for a Customer Reference Number, which is the same as your Card Account number and your payment will be processed within 3 days.

Statement downloads

With Online Services, you now also have the extra flexibility to download your AMA Card account statements into the financial software that suits you including - MYOB, Quicken or MS Excel.
