Macquarie Deposit plus Access 200 is a 5 year deposit with Macquarie Bank Limited and a deferred purchase agreement that accesses the potential upside of the S&P/ASX 200 index above a set hurdle, at maturity. 90% of the application amount will be placed on deposit with Macquarie Bank Limited, which is currently covered by the Government guarantee for up to three years. 10% of the application amount will be used to provide investors with a deferred purchase agreement that is linked to the performance of the S&P/ASX 200 index, which is capital guaranteed at maturity.
